[edit] Welcome to the EvoERP Wiki!
This site is by and for the users of EvoERP and the legacy software on which it is based, DBA Classic. The goal is to share information so that everyone can more quickly get the answers that they need. The Evo~ERP Wiki is an extension of the DBA/Evo User Forum and is maintained by the EvoERPUG. You will find a collection of the 'Best of' the forum answers and expanded information over what is often seen in the forum threads. Since this site is edited by the users it goes without saying that ISTech is not responsible for any statements, ideas, or procedures found on this site. These pages are not directly affiliated with ISTech Support, but are monitored by them.
There are sections for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and HOWTO. FAQs are usually quick answers to common questions, whereas a How To is often much more in depth and focused on data or tasks outside of the user interface. Please feel free to add any information that you think will be of assistance to others.
There are also areas for Current events and BETA Programs that may contain posts directly from ISTech Support.
Problem Reports and USER Contributions may contain untested reports or programs, so 'caveat emptor' and all that!
Note that you MUST login to edit or create pages. So if you don't have an account then please create one. It's quick and easy!
[edit] Adding and Editing Pages
For help with creating and editing pages please go to MediaWiki's Website.
Click the edit tab above each page to edit it. Once you've done so you can add a link to a new page. That is how you would create a new page to talk about something not yet discussed.
As an example. Let's say you want to add a link to the HOWTO page from this page. You format links like this: [[MyLinkName]] That will create a link to a page called MyLinkName. So if you want to link to the HOWTO page it would be: [[HOWTO]] and it would look like: HOWTO
[edit] Discussions
Note that each page has a 'discussion' tab where conversation about the topic of the page is carried on. If the link is blue a discussion has been initiated. Please feel free to make comments or ask questions about the contents of any page.
